Orders above our free-shipping threshold ship free, while a flat shipping rate applies to orders below that amount. Any shipping charges will always be shown before you place your order.

Most orders arrive within approximately 3–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you tracking information so you can follow it from us to you.

RETURN POLICY

If your FlowFLow product is unused, unopened, and still in its original factory-sealed packaging, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Because our products are intimate wellness products, we’re unable to accept standard returns on items that have been opened, used, or had their hygiene or protective seal removed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.
