It’s a really fun product, but the magnetic charging connection feels a little loose and comes off pretty easily.
I’ve been using this for a little while and I’m actually really impressed! The material feels super soft and smooth, and the shape makes it comfortable and easy to use. It has good power with different settings. It’s also quieter than I expected, which is a big plus. Easy to use, easy to clean, and feels very well made. Definitely happy with it!

Your first time, in four steps
Two buttons, one rule: hold to start, hold to stop.
Charge it
Snap the magnetic cable onto the connector on the bottom. The light flashes while charging and stops when full.
Hold to start
Hold either button for 1.5 seconds. Hold it again to stop.
Choose a sensation
Main or auxiliary vibration, 10 modes each, together or on their own. Double-press the main button for warmth: the light turns red.
You’re in control
Start at a low or moderate level and build up only if it feels good. Stop any time.

Will anyone know what I ordered?

How loud is it?
Quiet. It’s designed to stay discreet, even in a shared home.
Is Plume for inside or outside?
Both. The flexible neck and the base each have their own vibration, so you can use one zone or both together.
Is it body-safe?
The outer shell is body-safe silicone and ABS. Clean it before and after each use with warm water and mild soap.
Can I use it in the shower?
It’s splash-resistant (IPX6), so a splash is fine. Don’t fully immerse it, and dry it well before storing.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days if it’s unopened with the hygiene seal intact. Once opened it can’t come back, for hygiene reasons, but anything defective, damaged or wrong is always covered.
What if something goes wrong?
